If you are applying for a Public Services Card (PSC) you will need to bring the foillowing documents to prove your identity
o If you are an Irish citizen born in Northern Ireland or a UK citizen, you will need: your current passport OR your birth certificate AND your current driving licence (if you have one)
o If you are an Irish citizen through naturalisation or Foreign Birth Registration, you will need: your current Irish passport OR Certificate of Naturalisation OR your Foreign Birth Registration Certificate AND your Irish or UK driving licence or Irish learner driving permit (if you have one)
o If you are an EU/EEA citizen (other than Irish and UK), you will need: your current passport OR national identity card
o If you are a Non-EU/EEA citizen, you will need: your current passport OR 1951 travel document
· documents to prove your address e.g. Utility bill/lease agreement/financial statement dated in the last 3 months.
· your mobile phone. If you bring your mobile phone with you, your phone number can be verified by this department. You need a mobile phone to access public services online.

- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, which should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. On arrival, please check in with security at the door, you do not need to join the queue.
- If you are under 18 years of age and wish to get a PSC, you must bring your parent or legal guardian with you to your appointment. They will need photo ID.
