Your Form 11, alongside your income tax payment and preliminary tax payment for the following year, should be submitted to the Revenue Commissioners each year by 31st October.

You have until 15th November to submit the Form 11 and make the income tax payment and preliminary tax online.

If you haven’t met this deadline it is imperative that you contact McGowan Accountancy Services and make arrangements to get your Form 11 filed.

Late filing and payment can cost you significantly. The Revenue Commissioners charge late fees of up to 10% of your tax liability, depending on how late you file.
